Rouge tied up base

This is a base made by "Bases for fun" and it was a free use. I tried using Amy Rose but it wasn't going so well. So, I ended up using Rouge the Bat instead (She makes a good damsel anyway). I thought about adding a gag like I normally do but not today. I will some other time but not today.
