Rouge Ticked Off base

I've permission if "Lolavampirebat" could allow me to use this base and the answer was 'yes'. I thought about putting Fiona Fox in there but I thought Rouge the Bat would be a better choice and by the looks of it, she is.

I've had some trouble around the chest area and that's why it looks like what it looks like on this base. I've tried. I really did.

My guess is that Rouge is ticked off because she failed to catch a Chaos Emerald and she was hoping to wear it as jewelry but she failed to catch one and that's why she's ticked off.
