Alone in the Dark Page ninteen

Twenty minutes after struggling to break free, Katie comes to a point where she decided to stop trying to escape. As she begins to stop swinging herself back and forth and stopped kicking her legs, she begins to think about what Lily said to her while Lily was dragging Katie to the dungeon. She begins to regret of the things that Katie did to Lily.

Katie: (What's the point?)
Katie: (Now that I'm here, maybe Lily was right? I always did get in the way and I took what wasn't mine. I never meant harm in anyway.
